Delete ProfileSlet profil

If you created a KinTact frame and want to delete your profile or the frame:

  1. Open the KinTact app.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Choose More Information > Delete and confirm.
  4. You can not delete your account if you are administrator for any users. You can transfer the administrator rights to another superuser. You can also choose to delete the account you are administrator for.
  5. If you cannot access your account, contact support at support@digitalassist.dk.

Deleting your profile removes your personal info and access. Photos in the albums you created are deleted (also images contributed from others). Pictures you contributed to others albums are not deleted.

Tip: You can also just delete single albums without deleting your whole profile.

Hvis du har oprettet en KinTact-ramme og ønsker at slette din profil eller rammen:

  1. Åbn KinTact-appen.
  2. Gå til Indstillinger.
  3. Vælg Mere information > Slet og bekræft.
  4. Du kan ikke slette din konto, hvis du er administrator for andre brugere. Du kan overføre administratorrettighederne til en anden superbruger eller vælge at slette den konto, du er administrator for.
  5. Hvis du ikke kan få adgang til din konto, kan du kontakte support på support@digitalassist.dk.

Sletning af din profil fjerner dine personlige oplysninger og din adgang. Fotos i de albums, du har oprettet, slettes (inklusive billeder bidraget af andre). Billeder, du har bidraget med til andres albums, slettes ikke.

Tip: Du kan også vælge kun at slette enkelte albums uden at slette hele din profil.
